LUXEØ crafts premium impression fragrances — scents inspired by the world's most-loved perfumes, presented in our own LUXEØ bottles.

This is important, so we're explicit: our products are original LUXEØ creations, not the designer originals, and not counterfeits. We do not use any other brand's name, logo, or packaging on our products. Any designer names mentioned on our site are used only to describe the scent family an impression is inspired by — nominative reference, never a claim of origin or affiliation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm most orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. All orders are Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — you pay in cash when your parcel arrives.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock, an address can't be verified, or we suspect misuse). If we cancel, you're under no obligation.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges shown at checkout. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before processing.

Discount codes and offers (like your first-order discount) are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited in time, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We ship nationwide through trusted courier partners, typically within 2–3 working days to major cities. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier or weather factors beyond our control. We stand behind every bottle. If something isn't right, our 7-day exchange has you covered on sealed, unused products, and anything that arrives damaged is replaced free. Full details are on our Returns & Exchange page. To start, just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Fragrance is personal. How a scent smells and how long it lasts can vary with skin chemistry, weather, and application. Product descriptions and notes are provided in good faith to guide you, but they're a description — not a guarantee of a specific result.

As with any perfume, discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep away from eyes, flames, and out of reach of children.

All content on this website — our brand name, logo, product photography, copy, and design — is the property of LUXEØ and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please use our website lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, submit false orders, misuse our contact channels, or infringe our or others' rights. We may restrict access for misuse.

We do everything we can to deliver a great product and experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUXEØ isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

We may update these terms as our business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use LUXEØ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
